Cordon Bleu Graduation: All good things come to an end

It looks like I forgot to post the last few pastry photos from my friend’s Cordon Bleu classes (you may remember the first few sets here, here and here). I also thought I would include the photos from the graduation, which I was lucky enough to be invited to. As can be expected it was super fancy schmancy and I loved it! The graduation took place at the Cercle de l’Union Interalliée, near Madeleine (a really nice part of the city). The ceremony was both in French and English since many people and their families were international students. After everyone had their group photo and threw their chef’s hats in the air, we got to go to the reception where I proceeded to snap photos and videos of everyone while trying to keep an eye out for the new dishes that the waiters were bringing out. Needless to say it was a delicious affair.

Here’s a look at a gorgeous graduation right in the center of Paris.

The little graduate is heading back to Colombia soon where I’m expecting culinary greatness from her! We’ll all miss you (and by all I also include my coworkers who are still in denial and ask if I’m going to be bringing cake to work anytime soon). XOXOXO
